The legal wrangling over the ability for the Van Houten family to continue operating their cider mill/music venue on the family farm is in limbo as the town board did not discuss the matter further after the February 23 meeting. More when the matter is put before the town board.
The Town Board has decided to hold a public meeting on February 20, 2024 at town hall at 7pm. It is hoped there will be a vote held for the issuance of a special permit to operate under New York State Agro-Tourism laws as part of the monthly Town Board meeting.
