Mandel Named as Chairman of the Orangetown Ethics Board for Second Term

January 1, 2024 Michael Mandel of Pearl River was elected to a second term at the January 23, Town Board Meeting. Michael is well known and is a civically conscientious individual.  He is a Veteran, Father and Grandfather who has been concerned about and has been active in the public interest concerning how local government runs in Orangetown.
