Pearl River mourns the death of Layla So

Pearl River high school student Layla So passed on after a serious long term illness.As a student, Layla was a member of the high school varsity bowling team, studied Karate, was a member of the marine science club where she indulged an intellectual interest in biology that she possessed, and she was also a Scout in Troop 97, working towards Eagle Scout badge. She was much loved by all and will be missed by her family, friends, and all those who came in contact with her.her passing is a serious blow to the community.
